Stephanie is the founder of Middleberg Nutrition, a health and wellness practice where she works with individuals and families on all aspects of nutrition. Her innate ability to reset a client’s relationship and perspective with food, and her deeply relatable style has propelled her to the top of the field.
Beyond her practice, Stephanie is the best selling author of The Big Book of Organic Baby Food, The Big Book of Organic Toddler Food, and The Big Book of Pregnancy Nutrition.
She is frequently called on by top-tier media having served on the nutritional advisory boards for Cosmopolitan, Health, and Shape and featured in Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Fitness, Good Morning Morning America, CBS, FOX and many more.
Stephanie also partners across industries serving as the founding Nutritional Advisor for Little Spoon among others and as curator for the world-renowned 92Y.
She earned her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Stephanie lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.

Ayelet Goldhaber, MS, RD, CLC
Ayelet is a New York based Registered Dietitian specializing in pediatric and family focused nutrition at Middleberg Nutrition. Ayelet believes that creating a nurturing and pleasant eating environment is key in maximizing nutrition and fostering healthy attitudes surrounding food. She focuses on implementing strategies to meet each clients unique and individualized nutrition goals, from newborn to young adult and whole family.
Ayelet works with families to address concerns such as picky eating, family meal planning, weight management, infant and toddler feeding guidance, and dietary management of gastrointestinal disorders.
Ayelet received her Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Registered Dietitian credential from New York University. Ayelet also holds a certification in lactation counseling from The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice (ALPP). She has spent endless hours working with babies and families in NICUs and counseling children and young adults in hospitals and private practices across New York City. Ayelet holds a special place in her heart for infants requiring special attention to feeding, be it formula choice conundrums or techniques for a more fulfilling breastfeeding experience. Ayelet has completed research in the fields of Vitamin D in children, as well as nutritional interventions in gastrointestinal disorders.
